    Experience - Owner and Master Stylist, 26 Years

    Favorite Things - Coffee, autumn, travel, vegetarian food, movies, and dark naturalism

    Bio - I opened Kinship in 2018 because I wanted a salon where clients feel heard and cared for, and where stylists can be creative, feel supported by each other, and make a great living. I like to keep things calm and easy, so every appointment starts with a real conversation and ends with hair you feel good about. As the owner, one of my favorite parts of the job is leading our team and watching each stylist grow.

    Favorite Services - I love creating classic haircuts and lived-in color with a modern twist, using new techniques and products. My specialties are grey blending and coverage, soft dimensional blonding, and a thorough consultation so we're on the same page before anything begins.

    Hobbies - Outside of the salon, I cherish time spent with my husband, John, and our dog, Morty. We enjoy dining out, playing Yahtzee with friends, and visiting our cabin!

    Experience - Emerging Artist, About 1 year

    Favorite Things - Matcha, 90s R&B, Indian and Chinese food, Eat, Pray, Love (I've read it 3 or 4 times), and feel-good movies like Mulan, Shrek, and The Princess Bride

    Bio - I joined Kinship after graduating from Xenon Academy, and I'm growing my skills through our training program with Melissa as my mentor. My goal is for every person who sits in my chair to feel safe, welcome, and completely themselves. Right now I'm booking friends and family while I finish my training, and I'm excited to welcome new clients soon.

    Favorite Services - I enjoy lived-in customized color, blonding, and a pop of vivid color for anyone ready to have some fun.

    Hobbies - Outside the salon, you'll find me painting, writing (I'd love to publish a book someday), doing yoga, or learning tarot. I took my first solo trip to Mexico City last year, and I'm hoping it's the first of many. I'm close with my friends and family, and I love baking for them, though cooking is still a work in progress!

    Bio - After graduating from Xenon Academy, I joined Kinship to continue developing my skills and growing as a stylist. With a background in design, I've always loved being creative, and hairstyling gives me another way to bring that creativity to life. My goal is to help every client feel comfortable, confident, and like the best version of themselves. I love learning new techniques, exploring trends, and finding ways to make each look feel personal.

    Favorite Services - I love creating bouncy long layers, voluminous blowouts, lived-in blondes, and bold, chunky highlights. I'm also excited to explore creative color trends and new techniques.

    Hobbies - Outside the salon, you'll probably find me playing video games, hiking, or taking long walks with my boyfriend and his goldendoodle, Apollo. I love traveling, keeping up with beauty trends, and trying new recipes, even if my cooking skills are still a work in progress
